OVERVIEW
We sell quality products. So does everyone else... claim. We stand behind our products by providing an
industry-standard 1-year unlimited mileage warranty. Same as brands that are sold for 3+ times more.
The fact is: in today's "global" market, parts and components come from all over the world,
and are shared by a variety of manufactures who - essentially - are assembly rather than
manufacturing entities.
Most so-called "brand" names are assembled in Malaysia, China, Mexico which does not positively
affect their affordability - their price is two-three plus times higher than our products' that are of
a better quality than some of the competitors'. At the same time, your computer, television set, or lawn
mower are likely to be made in China regardless of the brand label displayed on the front panel or housing.
Nevertheless, all these devices, and many of them are way more complicated and technologically advanced than a scooter,
serve you for decades.
To make it short, we have invested our life savings into this business, and are more interested in running it
right (which essentially means having happy customers) than anybody else. We have carefully chosen the manufacturer
based on product quality and appearance, and we are positive that our scooters will bring you years of reliable and
enjoyable service.

BREAK-IN
Our scooters are thoroughly checked at the factory. Once a shipment arrives to our facility, we perform
our own pre-delivery inspection that includes all vital components and an extensive road test.
When a vehicle is delivered to the customer, it's ready to normal use. However, as is the case with any
other motor vehicle regardless of size, some measures need to be taken in order to ensure future
performance.
- Do not over-rev, heavily accelerate, apply extensive brake force, or perform any other extreme
actions for the first 300-400 miles. Needless to say, if your safety contradicts the above
guideline, safety considerations unconditionally prevail.
- To prevent damage to the engine and drive train components, check oil level daily. This may sound
unreasonable but consider this: every vehicle manufacturer considers oil consumption of "1 quart per
1000 miles or more" normal AND explicitly requires that engine oil level was checked every time the
vehicle is re-fueled. Of course, a scooter cannot burn that much oil but some consumption may
occur and is normal. This consumption varies from scooter to scooter, and checking oil on a daily
basis will help you in determining the actual value for your scooter so in the future you will
know when oil needs to be checked an/or added.
Remember: without oil, engine will last - depending on RPM and load - anywhere from a few
seconds and a few minutes, AND no warranty from any manufacturer regardless or price or class
covers lack of lubrication caused by oil low level.
- If any oil (engine or drive train) leakage is noticed, immediately bring your scooter to a
qualified technician for inspection and repair. Scooters - unlike cars - contain very little
amount of oil within critical components which significantly lowers error margin. This is
particularly important during break-in period.

WINTERIZATION
As most of us have probably noticed, winter is here. Colorado climate allows to extend
driving season but many scooter owners prefer driving a car during winter months. There is a couple - literally -
of things you should do to prepare your scooter for extended storage. Follow the outlined below recommendations
for trouble-free resuming of the riding season.
The first thing you need to do is treat the fuel in your scooter. Why? Well, gasoline today is all blended
with ethanol, which is good for the whole foreign oil thing but causes the gas to “go bad” fairly quickly.
It’s not a big deal in modern cars with their electronic fuel injection, but most scooters still have
carburetors with really tiny passages. These tiny tubes get plugged up with gum when the fuel decays,
which can happen in as few as three weeks! To keep this from happening we recommend buying some
Marine Stabil – $11.95/8oz. Add about an ounce to a full gas tank and start your bike. Go ride it for
ten minutes or more to get the mixture down into the carburetor. This will help keep your carb from clogging
up over the winter. If the weather warms and you want to ride, do it! Just refill and add more Stabil later.
The only other item that needs to be prepared for long term - especially winter - storage is the battery. All two-wheel
vehicles have smaller batteries with limited capacity. These batteries are used to save weight but there is a trade-off -
they discharge pretty quickly, especially at low temperatures. A fully discharged battery may even freeze and crack the
housing. To prevent this from happening, you need to connect a trickle charger - a charger that maintains battery in a
fully charged state without over-charging. Normally, this would require removal of the carpet and floor panel which is
not too complicated but still represents a hassle. To provide easy access to the battery and charging system, we
offer our proprietary unique EasyCharge System that features
- Externally accessible heavy duty marine-grade connector
- 500 mAmp trickle charger
- Ensures long battery life
- Guarantees trouble-free starting even after extended storage period
- Indefinitely maintains fully-charged battery state
And best of all, this system is affordable - for our customers it's only $49.00 complete with installation.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND MAINTENACE
To make sure that that all components operate properly, we strongly recommend bringing your new vehicle
for a FREE inspection after the first 200 miles.
Just like with any motor vehicle, proper maintenance is extremely important. failure to follow procedures
required by the manufacture will result in between accelerated wear and catastrophic failure.
Remember: failures caused by lack of maintenance are not covered by ANY warranty - factory, or extended -
regardless of price and class of a vehicle in question.
Please follow the procedures outlined below:
|
Component
|
Frequency/Description
|
|
Engine Oil
|
1st time - after 1 month or 200 miles whichever comes first, every year/1,000 miles whichever
comes first thereafter.
|
|
Drive Train
|
1st time - after 1 month or 200 miles whichever comes first, every year/1,000 miles whichever
comes first thereafter.
|
|
Drive Belt
|
All our scooters are equipped with automatic CVT (Constant Velocity) transmission
that requires no clutch operation or gear shifting. This design employs a special
belt that should be inspected every 3,000 miles/2 years whichever comes first.
|
|
Brake Pads/Shoes
|
Brake components' wear greatly depends on how the vehicle is driven so there is no specific
replacement interval set BUT due to importance of their functions, break components should be
inspected by a qualified mechanic on a regular basis. Recommended frequency:
1st time - after 1 month or 200 miles whichever comes first, every year/1,000 miles whichever
comes first thereafter.
|
|
Wheels/Tires
|
Condition of tires is just as important for safety as brake components, and their wear also greatly
depends on how the vehicle is driven, the weight of the driver, road condition, etc. so there is no
specific replacement interval set BUT due to importance of their functions, wheels and tires should be
inspected by a qualified mechanic on a regular basis. The rule of thumb: these components should be checked
as a part of any service or repair work but it also makes sense to do tire inspection after
the vehicle has been stored over winter or any other extended period of time.
Scooter handling is greatly affected by tire pressure so even if the tires look OK, pressure should be
checked on a weekly basis.
Recommended pressure:
Front - 17-18 PSI, Rear - 25-28 PSI single, 35-36 PSI - with passenger.
Recommended frequency:
At least weekly.

Battery/Electrical System
|
Our scooters are equipped with maintenance-free battery that is charged by the alternator when the
engine is running. Make sure the key is turned off or - even better - removed - when the engine
is not running.Leaving the key in on position will drain the battery even if the shut off switch
is in "Off" position.
When the scooter is stored for extended period of time, the battery will discharge. You can start the
engine using kick-start option, and eventually the battery will charge but it is recommended to charge
the battery using special slow-rate low amp charger.
Note:We offer our proprietary complete battery charging-maintenance system that includes quick connection
option and a "trickle" charger. The charger can be plugged in using an external connector so no carpet or cover
removal is needed to access the battery. The charger can be left plugged in overnight or for any extended period of
time - it will not damage the battery or electric system but rather will keep it ready at any time.
It is recommended to store the scooter with the charger set to "trickle" mode connected
to the battery and plugged into the outlet. This will ensure long service life and trouble-free starting.
Head light and other lights make you visible so they must be maintained in good operating condition AND
checked every day before leaving.

|
Exterior/Body Panels
|
To ensure low weight and long lasting new appearance, most of our scooter panels are made of durable
plastic. Generally, it requires no special care other than washing. Don't use harsh chemicals or rough, firm,
or abrasive brushes and sponges. Do not wipe dry panels - dust and sand particles will scratch the surface.
For best results, use soft sponge and plenty of water.
